TUNA

Tuna !!!  when tuna fishing the boat is allowed to fish in one of two category's, Recreational or Commercial. That days category is determined by the first tuna harvested. If a tuna over 73 inches is harvested the boat is bound by commercial rules and may not fish recreational that day.   If the boat keeps a recreational tuna (under 73 inches) the boat is a recreational boat for the day and can not keep a commercial Tuna.   Commercial tuna that are harvested during a charter will be sold and the customer "may "be sent a credit towards another recreational tuna or bass trip, the amount of credit if any will be at the captains discretion and will be determined after all expenses have been deducted and the value of the tuna has been determined.   "Customers will not receive $$$  from the sale of a tuna " Any credit will be 10% of the net value of the fish but will never exceed the original price of the charter. Credit must be used before Columbus Day in the same year.
